This Gold Century Model GC1010 Metal Detector is a upper superb mid range Metal detector with LED display. The large screen will display the type of object found with a high degree of accuracy. It can be used in All metal mode, set to Discriminate and it will give you two different tones for Ferrous an non Ferrous metals or set it for Notch filter and it will display the target type found as coin (Quarter, Dime, Nickel or Penney), bottle top, nail, pull top ect... You will quickly learn how to ignore trash metal objects. It's features a rugged design and comfortable handle with an arm brace to enhance the ease of use. This unit is identical in detection function as our Model GC1020 with the primary difference being a removable handle which will allow it to compact small enough to fit in most suit cases for easy transport.
